Dispatch Times

Please refer to individual product pages to find out the current lead times for our personalised items. Once the items are ready, shipments take between 2 and 7 days to reach your destination.

UK Shipping

  Express Shipping is available for orders placed Sunday to Thursday and ensures your order will be shipped within 24 hours of being placed. This option can be selected at checkout.

Channel Islands

• Standard Shipping: £4.95
  Free for orders over £150
  
  
• Express Shipping: £9.95

International Shipping
We ship on a Delivery Duty Paid (DDP) basis. This means all duties and taxes are included in the price you see at checkout—no extra charges upon delivery.

• Standard Shipping:
  • Orders over £150: Free

  • Orders under £150: £19.99

Express Shipping

Express shipping is available for qualifying orders placed Monday to Thursday. Orders will be shipped within 24 hours. This service is offered at checkout, where the applicable rate is automatically shown based on your delivery location and order value.

Delivery & Tracking

All orders are dispatched from the United Kingdom, fully insured, and shipped via our trusted delivery partners (DHL in the UK, and UPS internationally). We do not ship to P.O. Box addresses.

Once your order has been dispatched, you’ll receive an email with a unique tracking link so you can follow your delivery every step of the way.
